Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by Teaching Coaching (the "App"), including AI golf swing recording, swing analysis, and online coaching (the "Service"), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means all practice-range-based golf swing learning features provided through the App, including AI automatic recording, swing analysis, online coaching, and cloud backup.
  2. "Member" means a user who has agreed to these Terms and completed registration.
  3. "Content" means videos, photos, analysis data, text, and other materials created by a Member while using the Service.
  4. "Paid Service" means a service requiring separate payment, such as the PRO subscription (monthly or yearly).

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted and announced within the App or on a Service screen.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws and will provide notice within the App from 7 days before the effective date of an amendment.
  3. If a Member does not agree to amended Terms, the Member may stop using the Service and delete the Member's account.

Article 4 (Registration and Accounts)

  1. Registration is completed using email or social login (Google, Kakao, Naver).
  2. Members must provide accurate information and must not use another person's information.
  3. An account may be used only by the account holder and may not be transferred or lent to another person.
  4. Members may request account deletion at any time from the Settings screen.

Article 5 (Service Details)

The App provides the following services.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. Paid Services are purchased through the in-app purchase system of the store the app was installed from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
  2. The types and prices of paid products can be found on the subscription management screen in the App.
  3. Subscription products (monthly and yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  4. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the subscription settings of the store you purchased from (iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions / Android: Google Play > Subscriptions); after cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  5. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of each app store.
Paid products: PRO subscription (monthly · yearly, auto-renewing) — Free tier: up to 30 practice shots in total (10 per day) and 1 round (up to 3 holes)

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct.

  1. Improperly collecting or using another person's personal information
  2. Reproducing or distributing the Service without authorization for commercial purposes
  3. Interfering with the normal operation of the App
  4. Damaging another person's reputation or causing another person disadvantage
  5. Violating applicable laws

Article 8 (Rights in Content)

  1. Copyright in Content created by a Member (including videos and swing data) belongs to the Member.
  2. The Company may use Content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service and training AI.
  3. The Company will not provide Content to third parties without the Member's consent.
  4. Content stored on the server is deleted immediately upon account deletion (see §5 of the Privacy Policy).

Article 9 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may change the Service due to technical needs or operational reasons and will provide advance notice of any change.
  2. The Service may be suspended due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
  3. For free services, the Company may change or suspend the Service without separate compensation.

Article 10 (Disclaimers)

  1. The App's AI analysis results (including swing scores and corrective feedback) are for reference only and do not replace professional lessons.
  2. The Company is not liable for disputes between Members or between a Member and a professional coach.
  3. The Company is not liable for disruption to use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to a Member.
  4. The accuracy of AI automatic recording, pose detection, sound detection, and similar features may vary depending on the recording environment (lighting, distance, and angle).

Article 11 (Personal Information Protection)

The Company collects, uses, and protects Members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes concerning these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's location will be the court of first instance for disputes related to use of the Service.

Addendum

These Terms (Version 1.2) take effect on August 24, 2026. (Version 1.1 took effect on April 22, 2026; Version 1.0 on March 30, 2026.)
